We’re thrilled to share this powerful work with you. Whether you’re joining us for The Journey Intensive or Create2026, you’re stepping into transformational work designed to help you discover your own freedom and wholeness.

THE JOURNEY INTENSIVE
The Journey Intensive gives you a transformational experience AND a set of skills you can use in all areas of your life. You’ll learn by going through your own self-discovery process – facing inner issues, saying what needs to be said, expressing forgiveness, and setting yourself free.
The Three Days
The Journey Intensive is designed as a complete, integrated experience. Each day builds on the previous one – the foundation laid early becomes essential for the deeper work that follows.
You’ll receive comprehensive worksheets that fully guide you through your processes. Your work is held privately between you and your partner. Special needs? Let us know.

CREATE2026: RELEASE & CREATE WORKSHOP
Create2026 is an evergreen workshop experience. You’ll receive access to replay all sessions, plus opportunities to connect live for ongoing support and integration.
This is deep transformational work focused on releasing what no longer serves and creating the life you’re calling in for 2026. You’ll work at your own pace with the recordings and join live community sessions for support.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at registration via credit/debit card through Stripe.
You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours.
You must be at least 18 years of age, unless agreements have been made between Sharon Sedgwick and a legal guardian.

NO REFUNDS – BUT WE’LL WORK WITH YOU
All sales are final. This lets us commit resources and prepare for each event.
Life happens. While we can’t offer refunds, we’ll do our best to allow transfers to future dates:
• Please request at least 7 days before the event
• Contact journey@sharonsedgwick.life
• Transfers granted at our discretion based on availability
If we must reschedule or cancel: You’ll get a transfer to another date or full refund. We’re not responsible for your other costs (travel, etc.), but we’ll give advance notice when possible.

PARTICIPATION & SUPPORT
The Journey Intensive is designed as a complete, integrated experience. Each session builds on the previous one – what you learn early becomes the foundation for deeper work that follows.
We ask that you attend:
• Pre-meeting
• All three full days
• Integration session (optional but recommended)
If something comes up and you cannot make it to a day or session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make appropriate shifts and support you as needed.
Replay access (30 days): Available to participants who complete the program. If exceptional circumstances prevent attendance, contact us.

CREATING SAFE SPACE
For this deep work, we ask that you:
• Participate from a quiet, private space without interruptions
• Have reliable internet, working webcam/microphone, Zoom installed
• Webcam on during teaching when possible (let us know if you have bandwidth issues)
• Webcam required during partner work for safety and connection
• Treat others with respect, dignity, and kindness
• Keep what’s shared in the intensive confidential
• Don’t share content that’s sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or commercial spam
Camera-shy? Position yourself comfortably, use virtual backgrounds, or contact us to discuss.
We provide basic tech support but can’t be responsible for your internet, hardware, software problems, or power outages.
If issues arise: We may need to remove participants who violate these guidelines, without refund.

WHAT THIS WORK IS (AND ISN’T)
Sharon’s workshops ARE:
• A wake-up call to the freedom and wholeness already inside you
• Designed to inspire you to realize your own greatness
• Meant to enhance and support your own healing journey
Sharon’s workshops are NOT:
• Medical or psychological treatment
• A substitute for professional care
• Designed to take you away from whatever healing program you’re on
Please continue following your healthcare providers’ advice. Consult your doctor before participating if you have medical or mental health concerns. You’re responsible for your own healthcare decisions.
In the field of healing there are no guarantees – there are as many routes as there are people. Individual results vary. We make no guarantees about outcomes.

WHAT TO EXPECT & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Both workshops involve transformational work. The Journey Intensive uses guided introspection designed to help you access deep emotions and uncover cellular memories stored in your body. Create2026 focuses on release and creation practices for the year ahead.
This work involves:
• Deep introspection and emotional processing
• Accessing potentially difficult memories and emotions
• Confronting personal issues and patterns
• Full engagement – it can be emotionally and mentally demanding
You may experience:
• Strong emotional responses during or after sessions
• Temporary discomfort or feeling vulnerable
• Fatigue
• Insights that challenge current beliefs
By participating, you acknowledge:
• You understand the nature of this work
• You’re voluntarily choosing to participate with full knowledge of these effects
• You’re responsible for your own self-care before, during, and after
• You’ll seek additional professional support if needed
While we’ll support you during the intensive, this work is ultimately your responsibility.

LIABILITY RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Brandon Bays, Kevin Billett, Sharon Sedgwick, Harpster Hill Corporation (DBA Authentically You), The Journey organizations, Conscious Company Ltd., and all employees, presenters, contractors, trainers, support staff, and assistants from any liability, claims, or demands related to:
• Your participation and personal process work
• Any emotional, psychological, or physical effects
• Interactions with other participants
• Technical difficulties or access issues
This release applies on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, and assigns.
Exception: This doesn’t apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

PRIVACY & RECORDING
Journey Intensive: Main teaching room sessions are recorded for 30-day replay access (available only to participants who completed the program). Your breakout room partner work is NOT recorded – what happens in your process stays private.
Create2026: All sessions are recorded and available as part of the evergreen workshop experience. You’ll have ongoing access to all replay content.
By participating, you consent to:
• Being recorded during teaching sessions
• Your image/voice being included in replays for other participants
Your personal info (name, email, payment):
• Processed through Stripe (payment) and Mailchimp (email)
• Not sold or shared for marketing
• Contact journey@sharonsedgwick.life to request deletion
You’ll receive emails about: registration confirmation, event logistics, materials/replays, and integration support. Unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime.

The Journey Method™ is a registered trademark and proprietary methodology created by Brandon Bays. You may not teach or reproduce Journey processes without authorization.
Course materials are for personal use only – don’t reproduce, distribute, or sell.
Your personal work remains yours. We’ll never share your personal process without permission.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Let’s resolve things together. If a disagreement or dispute arises:
Step 1: Direct Communication
Contact us at journey@sharonsedgwick.life. We’ll work in good faith to resolve it directly.
Step 2: Mediation
If we can’t resolve it directly, we’ll try mediation with a neutral third party before any legal action.
Step 3: Legal Action (Last Resort)
Any legal disputes will be resolved under Idaho law in Idaho courts.
If part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

YOUR AGREEMENT
By registering and participating, you agree that:
• You’ve read and understood this Participant Agreement, Liability Waiver & Terms
• You agree to be bound by these terms
• You’re at least 18 years of age
• You’re taking full responsibility for your participation and process
• You’re voluntarily choosing this with full knowledge of the work
ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
By checking the agreement box at checkout, you electronically agree to this document. This has the same legal effect as a physical signature under the ESIGN Act.
